24th Graduation Day

Dear Graduands,

We are pleased to inform you that the Graduation Day Ceremony for the year 2023 (those who passed out in April 2021 (UG 2018 - 2021 Batch) & (PG 2019 - 2021 Batch) of our college will be held on Saturday 25th February 2023 at 10.00 a.m. in our College Premises, Hindustan College of Arts & Science. Thiru. K. Balu, Co-Chairman Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, has kindly consented to be Chief Guest for the Graduation Day Ceremony.

Kindly provide the details in the Google form on or before 21st February 2023 without fail.

Registration will start from 8.30 am to 9.30 a.m. on 25th February 2023.

Latecomers after 9.30 am will not be permitted to collect degree certificates from the Dias.

Mobile phones are strictly not permitted. Kids are also strictly not permitted.

Note:

1. A fee of Rs. 300 will be collected for the Convocation gown (Rs. 200/- is refundable after returning the Gown)

2. Food will be provided for the Graduates, (Rs. 100/- per head to be paid for accompanying members)

3. Instant photo services will be available with nominal charges. The students who need extra photos 

should pay the fixed amount at the counter.

 4. Kindly bring two copies of recently taken color Photos.
